Delete from the app (recommended)

Delete a single dream

Open a dream and tap the ⋮ menu (top right) → “Rüyayı sil” (Delete dream). That dream, its interpretation and chat history are permanently removed. (You can also long-press a card in the journal.)

Delete all my dreams (account kept)

1. Open Settings (⚙) in the app.
2. Under “Verilerim” (My data), tap “Tüm rüyalarımı sil” (Delete all my dreams).
3. Confirm. All dreams, interpretations and learned patterns are erased; your account and profile remain.

Delete my account and all data

1. Open Settings (⚙) in the app.
2. Under “Verilerim”, tap “Hesabımı ve tüm verilerimi sil” (Delete my account and all data).
3. Type SİL to confirm, then confirm.

Note: deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. If you have one, cancel it first via Play Store → Subscriptions.

No app? Request deletion

You can request deletion without reinstalling the app. Email privacy@sentilabs.app and include:

• Subject: Account deletion request
• If you linked Google: your Google email address (so we can locate the account).
• If anonymous: any details that help us identify the account (approximate sign-up date, device used).

We process requests within 30 days and confirm once done.

What is deleted vs. retained

Deleted	Retained / duration
Your dreams, interpretations, conversations, the profile/patterns learned from your dreams, and (for account deletion) the account itself.	Only an anonymized deletion record (timestamp + internal id; no content) for support/dispute purposes. The app has no purchases/subscriptions, so we keep no payment records.

Deletion is immediate in the app. Residual copies in encrypted database backups are purged within the backup cycle, no later than 30 days.
